What services do you offer for my wedding reception?
We offer the following services:
Below is a list of services that we provide. However, We will help plan your reception prior to the wedding from beginning to end. Our DJ and Photo Booth staff will step in whenever our help is needed. You may even see DJ Boone popping champagne our reserving a parking spot for the bride to make sure that everything happens in a smooth manner!

Is this your Full time job?
Yes! Our main focus is our brides! If you want to schedule a time to meet or chat on the phone ... we are here to help!
Can we meet you?
Yes! We have an office located in countryside with a Mini-Showroom ... showing off some of our DJ gear and LED Uplighting. We even have sample scrap books and photo strips!
Why should we hire you?
Here’s the part where we get to toot our horns! Boone’s Professional Events team prides themselves on the ability to provide our guests a fun and elegant party that you and your guests will remember forever! We will do it in a manner that is not Cheesy or Embarrasing. We understand the stress that comes with being a bride and strive to take that stress away! We work hard to provide outstanding entertainment that fits your personality, whether your style is classic, contemporary, outrageous, romantic or humorous. Why not give us a try!
How much do you cost?
Because every wedding is different... It is difficult to provide a specific dollar amount. Our average client spends around $1,595 for the perfect wedding. We recommend scheduling a free consultation where we can determine what services you need and provide an accurate quote for your needs.
Do you require a deposit?
A non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve our services for the date of your wedding. The balance is due two-weeks prior to the reception.
Do you have insurance?
Boone’s Professional Events has complete liability insurance coverage up to $1,000,000 for every event they perform. Special named insurance certificates are available if your venue requests them.
Do you use a contract?
We insist on an written agreement outlining the details or your special day.
Who will perform at our Wedding Reception?
Your assigned DJ will be DJ Boone (unless indicated otherwise on the contract) DJ Boone has a 100% track record!
Can we meet you?
Absolutely, In fact, we prefer to meet our couples before booking. We have an office in Countryside that is convenient to the Tampa Bay area. If you are a destination wedding … we have the ability to Skype or Facetime.
What will you wear to our wedding?
Our attire is alway’s elegant and professional! DJ Boone’s standard attire is a Black Tux. If your wedding is more casual … Please let us know and we will be happy to dress the part!
Can we see you perform?
Because most of our events are exclusively private wedding receptions, we cannot invite you to view us in person.
Do you bring back-up gear?
Alway’s! We carry back-up gear on site should there be any issues! Should anything go wrong … the problem would be remedied without anybody noticing.
Will you have a microphone available for speeches and toasts?
Absolutely, Our wireless microphones are easy to use and we will guide you through the process.
How much input can we have in the music selection?
Because we want to provide a wedding that is totally you! We invite you to be as involved in the music selection as you desire. Upon booking us, we will provide you with online Music planning. This will allow you to Create your perfect music list. There is even a “Do not Play List” option!
Do you take breaks?
No! We will provide continuous sound at your reception
What does your Photo Booth look like?
Our Photo Booth is the BMW of Photo Booth’s in the Tampa Bay Area. The Booth is framed in Aircraft Aluminum and our curtains are high quality draping … No Shower curtains or Pop-up tents here!
What is the quality of your camera?
We only use 18MP DSLR Camera’s that also offer Video recording capability.
Does your booth offer Video Testimonials?
Yes! Our booth has the ability to record Hi-Definition Video Testimonials. It’s a small add-on feature
Do you offer Scrapbook?
Yes! Our scrapbook services is a great addition to any Photo Booth package. After each photo session, we will invite your guest to write a special message next to their photo. Stop into our office to see sample scrap books!
Will you provide me with a digital copy of all images taken at my wedding?
Yes, We will provide you a coupon that will allow you to download all pics from your wedding onto your own computer. This works great because, you will not have to carry around a CD or USB stick that could get lost while rushing off to your honeymoon!
How long will it take to view our photo’s online?
We have committed to have your photo’s available online with-in 48 hours … some instances photo’s will be available that night!
How many Photo Strips will be printed at the event!
Each Photo session will print out two photo strips. If you have 4 or more guests in the booth … we will print out an additional photo strip for them as well!
Do you provide Props?
Yes! We provide props at no charge. If you have a special theme … let us know and we will be sure to accomodate.
Can our Photo Strips have our name on them?
Yes! We customize every wedding to match the bride and grooms theme. We will send you sample photo strips and ask for information. With that we will create the perfect photo strip for your wedding!
How big is the Photo Booth?
Our Photo Booth has a footprint of 4’ x 7’. We will also need a space for a table to put props on.
